On Sunday, Sept. 17<\/strong> in Rome’s Piazza della Balduina<\/strong>, from 10 a<\/strong>.m. to 5<\/strong> p.m., kicks off a new step-by-step trail raising awareness of the issues of financial education and gambling, sponsored by the Adventum Foundation<\/strong> entitled “What is the game? Game education pathway<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

The project sees the collaboration of the anti-gambling project, “If This is a Game<\/em><\/strong>,”<\/a> and the cooperatives Il Cammino<\/strong> and Parsec<\/strong> and is included within the “
\n Gambling, lying game<\/em>
\n<\/strong>“, coordinated by “Asilo Savoia<\/strong>,” with funds from the Lazio Region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The squares project offers passersby the opportunity to participate in a short play itinerary in 4 stages<\/strong> where it will be possible to experience the types of play, according to Roger Caillos<\/strong>‘ theory: ABILITY<\/strong>, CASE<\/strong>, SIMULATION<\/strong> and VERTIGY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Above all, the course will aim to stimulate reflection on the world of gamb<\/strong> ling andfinancial education<\/strong> throughplayful experience<\/strong> and stimulation of the senses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A fifth stage<\/strong> is planned at the end of the course in which topics such as the calculation of probability<\/strong>, cognitive distortions<\/strong> that occur in the gamer, definitions of themes, and first-hand accounts of pathological gamers<\/strong> will be presented.<\/p>\n

The initiative received support from the
\n Eight per thousand of the Adventist Church<\/strong>
